This position focuses on performance marketing, customer acquisition, and digital strategy to drive sustainable business growth, going beyond campaign management to optimize the customer journey and leverage analytics and experimentation.

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies
• Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
• Optimize direct bookings and channel mix
• Own strategy and optimization across paid acquisition channels
• Monitor key growth and acquisition metrics
• Analyze customer behavior and attribution data
