Pursuit Marketing Manager

JLL is seeking a Marketing/Business Development Manager in Minneapolis to create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations. This hybrid role focuses on turning market intelligence into visually engaging materials for business pursuits, partnering closely with brokers and business leaders.

• Design and produce pitch decks and presentation materials in InDesign
• Partner with brokers and business line leads to gather content and shape win themes
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals and pitches from kickoff through final delivery
• Conduct research on prospects, markets, and competitors
• Build and evolve proposal templates and content library with a fresh design perspective
• Advanced InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite skills required
