Sr. Director, Integrated & Brand Marketing

Lead integrated and brand marketing efforts to define and scale BambooHR's brand presence and demand creation strategy. This role owns brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content marketing, media investment, and partnerships, ensuring a consistent narrative across the customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position BambooHR as a trusted HR platform in an AI-driven market, managing significant investments and leading a high-performing team.

• Own brand positioning, messaging, narrative, and visual identity
