Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Motive is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive awareness, growth, and revenue through their partner ecosystem. This role will own end-to-end partner marketing initiatives, from launch strategy and joint positioning to channel activation and campaign execution. You will build repeatable programs that expand Motive's reach, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals.

• Own go-to-market launch of new partners
• Develop joint messaging and marketing plans
• Build and execute joint initiatives across partner channels
• Lead partner activations end-to-end to drive pipeline and revenue
• Create partner-facing campaigns, content, and enablement materials
• Analyze performance and optimize programs
