Senior Marketing Technology Manager

Box is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Manager to join their GTM Ops & Enable team. This role focuses on building and scaling the data, automation, and technology infrastructure that supports marketing and go-to-market programs. You will design and implement automated workflows, optimize data enrichment, and explore AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency and insights across the customer lifecycle.

• Design and implement automated GTM orchestrations across CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement systems
• Build and optimize data enrichment workflows for improved accuracy and usability
• Identify and apply AI to marketing and GTM processes using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
• Establish governance, documentation, and quality standards for AI-enabled workflows
• Stay current on GTM engineering practices, AI capabilities, and automation tools
• Partner with Enterprise Systems, Data Science, and Sales Operations teams
