• Meet or exceed new business pipeline and revenue targets
• Target, prospect, identify, and prioritize high-value accounts
• Own end-to-end top-of-funnel pipeline creation
• Develop and execute persona-led outreach strategies
• Build early-stage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Partner closely with Marketing on prospecting campaigns
