Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

Staffbase is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to oversee paid channels and drive growth campaigns across European markets. This role involves operational management, optimization of paid search and social, A/B testing, and developing data-driven growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and a hands-on approach to campaign execution and analysis.

• Manage and optimize paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social) for DACH, France, and NOBE
• Ensure message-match between ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Own data-driven growth campaigns from concept to implementation
• Explore new formats and channels outside the classic paid funnel
• Collaborate with Pipeline Operations to align growth initiatives toward pipeline quality
