Digital Marketing Summer Intern

Regal Rexnord is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 to support marketing operations, automation, and digital transformation. This role will focus on improving marketing efficiency and personalization through data management, process optimization, and AI solutions. The intern will assist in developing automated workflows, managing marketing data, and supporting digital marketing programs to enhance customer engagement.

• Support marketing automation initiatives for campaign execution and lead management
• Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage and maintain marketing data quality through cleansing and standardization
• Assist in building audience segments and customer journeys for personalization
• Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness
• Evaluate and implement emerging digital technologies and AI-enabled solutions
