Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, optimize funnel performance, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will partner cross-functionally to drive integrated growth programs and establish a culture of experimentation.

• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategy
• Analyze customer behavior across the full lifecycle
• Own growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, and retention
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities through testing
• Build lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
