- Analyze customer acquisition data to reduce CAC and increase customer value
- Develop and prioritize growth hypotheses and experiment backlogs
- Design and test experiments across various channels and product lines
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Risk teams on growth initiatives
- Evaluate experiment results and scale successful approaches
- Establish a continuous experimentation process for sustainable growth
