Digital Marketing Specialist Intermediate

Geisinger is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to execute digital communications across external channels. This role involves developing campaign workflows, designing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies including email and SEO, and contributing to an excellent consumer experience through web content and analytics.

• Develop campaign workflows in CRM and Marketing platforms
• Design and implement marketing strategies across email, SEO, and brand websites
• Create and execute targeted emails, own list growth, maintenance, segmentation, and analysis
• Ensure proper testing and implementation of marketing assets and web content
• Partner with data analysts to create accurate marketing personas
• Build web analytics reports and provide optimization recommendations
