Marketing & Growth Manager

Goodway Group is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to organize and enhance our marketing content and business development materials. You will build and maintain a centralized knowledge management system, support new business pitches by identifying key stories and capabilities, and partner with various teams to translate our expertise into compelling collateral. This role is ideal for a strong storyteller and project manager who thrives on bringing structure to information and making complex ideas accessible.

• Organize and maintain a centralized library of marketing and business development content
• Develop compelling case studies and client success stories
• Support new business pitches and RFP responses with relevant collateral
• Identify content gaps and recommend new materials
• Establish repeatable processes for content submission, review, and approval
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, new business, or sales enablement
