Foreclosure Specialist I (On-site)

Newrez is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist I to monitor and process accounts in the foreclosure process. This role involves reviewing pre-foreclosure accounts, managing deadlines for various legal and property preservation tasks, and calculating financial figures for attorneys. The specialist will also manage a pipeline of foreclosure loans and communicate with legal counsel and vendors.
