Social Media Specialist

Centene is seeking a Social Media Specialist to implement and maintain the company's social media strategy. This role involves managing online platforms, publishing content, monitoring channels, and analyzing trends to enhance public and government interaction. You will collaborate with social media managers to execute daily, weekly, and monthly social media components that support the communications department's mission.

• Manage enterprise social media operations including content publishing and channel maintenance
• Monitor all social media channels in real time and escalate concerns
• Analyze social media trends using analytics tools and report findings
• Develop content for posting on social media outlets
• Coordinate content reviews with SMEs and leaders
• Assess State Health Plan social content for engagement and amplification
