Director of Demand Generation

Higgsfield AI, a rapidly growing generative AI company, seeks a Director of Demand Generation to build and scale its global demand engine. This senior, hands-on leadership role will drive pipeline creation across enterprise and self-serve channels, owning strategy and execution for digital marketing, paid media, ABM, events, and partnerships.

• Develop and execute demand generation strategy for pipeline growth
• Build integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, ABM, and events
• Optimize lead generation, conversion, and pipeline velocity
• Launch and iterate campaigns using data-driven experimentation
• Define KPIs and build reporting for pipeline, attribution, and ROI
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations
