Senior Growth Lead

Clera is seeking a Senior Growth Lead to own hands-on marketing for our AI-powered hospitality software platform. You will be responsible for product marketing, demand generation, and shaping our product's market positioning. This role involves building scalable campaigns across digital and in-person channels, from content creation to field marketing and paid acquisition.

• Own product positioning, messaging, and marketing content creation
• Develop and execute scalable demand generation campaigns
• Manage paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and lead generation programs
• Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including events and conferences
• Utilize marketing analytics and A/B testing to drive campaign improvement
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or AI marketing experience with campaign ownership
