Director, Growth & Digital Marketing

Pluralsight is seeking a Director of Growth & Digital Marketing to lead our digital acquisition efforts and drive significant marketing-sourced pipeline. You will manage a substantial budget, build scalable playbooks, and optimize multi-channel strategies to connect awareness through to closed-won revenue. This hands-on role requires a builder who can evolve the team and operating model to support long-term growth and measurable business impact.

• Manage 7-figure digital marketing budget for new-logo acquisition and customer expansion
• Drive tens of millions in marketing-sourced pipeline across mid-market and enterprise segments
• Build and scale repeatable digital marketing playbooks and processes
• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel strategies from awareness to closed-won ARR
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals
• Measure full-funnel performance and optimize spend based on pipeline and bookings data
