Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social

Thumbtack is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to scale our Paid Social program across platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit. You will own campaign management, identify new growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives on data, experimentation, and uncovering the next big growth lever.

• Manage and scale Paid Social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Drive customer growth and revenue through channel expansion and new platform exploration
• Develop and execute emergent B2B Paid Social strategy
• Own in-house campaign management, optimization, and testing roadmaps
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on performance-driven assets
• Analyze performance using advanced analytics and A/B testing frameworks
