This role involves overseeing social media, community management, events, and PR to ensure customers feel heard and supported. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the mental health ecosystem and a passion for empathetic communication.

• Architect and execute community and brand strategy
• Oversee omnichannel community management and feedback loops
• Produce high-impact live streams and digital content
• Build and manage influencer and brand ambassador connections
• Direct Public Relations and social media efforts
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies for community interaction
