Director Business Operations - Digital Marketing

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Business Operations for their Digital Marketing team. This role will oversee the operational rhythm, coordinate strategic initiatives, and act as a force multiplier for the SVP of Global Digital Marketing. You will translate executive vision into execution, drive day-to-day business cadence, and lead cross-functional programs to ensure cohesive execution at scale.

• Serve as the face and voice of the SVP across Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams
• Translate enterprise business objectives into a cohesive, multi-year strategic roadmap
• Oversee key strategic initiatives from inception through launch
• Author high-impact presentations and strategic memos for executive consumption
• Spearhead high-impact initiatives such as evaluating new agency models or piloting AI integration
• Strategically partner with Finance and DSO to track and monitor budget and headcount
