About this role
Reacher is seeking an Influencer Marketer to identify, recruit, and manage creators who produce content about our AI-powered TikTok Shop affiliate platform. This role focuses on building relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop, ensuring content publication, and managing partnership operations. You will be instrumental in expanding Reacher's reach through authentic creator collaborations, distinct from our in-house social media efforts.

- Recruit and manage YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop creators and influencers
- Oversee outreach, follow-up, and deal negotiation for content publication
- Manage partnership operations, including payments and tracking
- Build and maintain a roster of relevant affiliate creators
- Experience in influencer or creator partnership management
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and operational tasks
