AnyMind Group is seeking a beauty-focused Content Creator to join their Creator Growth team in Bangkok. You will be responsible for the entire creative process, from analyzing social media trends and developing content strategies to filming and editing short-form videos for top beauty brands. This role involves driving brand engagement and commerce growth through influencer marketing.

• Ideate and strategize content calendars based on beauty trends
• Execute end-to-end video production, including filming and directing
• Edit viral-ready short-form videos using CapCut and optimize for retention
• Analyze social media performance and trends to refine creative direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, brand partners, and creators
• 0-2 years of experience in video production or digital marketing
