Qdrant is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and own our end-to-end demand generation engine. You will leverage AI and automation to create scalable, repeatable growth motions, translating market signals into measurable pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of data, AI, and marketing to drive impactful growth for a leading AI infrastructure company.

• Build reusable campaign systems, automations, and workflows
• Architect and optimize cohort-based nurture journeys
• Utilize AI tools and data signals for targeted campaigns
• Develop deep product fluency and technical storytelling
• 3-5+ years in B2B tech demand generation or growth marketing
• Experience building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs
