SEO & Organic Growth Manager

tastytrade is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to lead their SEO and ASO strategies. This role involves owning the organic growth strategy for tastytrade.com and its app store presence, defining KPIs, building reports, and managing the organic team. You will partner with various departments to implement recommendations and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

• Own organic growth strategy for tastytrade.com (SEO/GEO)
• Extend organic discipline to app store optimization (ASO)
• Define KPI framework and build performance reporting
• Lead and develop the organic team
• Partner with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering for implementation
• Maintain close relationship with conversion/experimentation teams
