What we are looking for

Act as a single point of contact for Share360 Customers and engineering partners
Provide immediate over-the-phone support for inquiries, service triage, and tool rentals
Compile and present monthly/quarterly utilization and service reports
Offer technical support for eVO application/mButler software
Facilitate cross-functional awareness to minimize conflicts
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
