Manager, Affiliate Marketing, Consumer Solutions

Labcorp is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our consumer-facing affiliate program. You will develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, drive revenue, and optimize channel performance through strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of relationship management, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of performance marketing within the healthcare sector.

• Own affiliate marketing strategy, execution, and growth for Labcorp OnDemand
• Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with diverse affiliate partners
• Develop and execute initiatives to support product launches and campaigns
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance against key metrics (CAC, ROAS)
• Manage affiliate budgets, commissions, and forecasts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and ensure compliance
