About this role

Nebius is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO & GEO to own and execute our global organic growth strategy. You will be the company's expert in driving discovery and prominence across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer experiences. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and hands-on approach to translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes.

What we are looking for

Define and execute global SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
Develop measurement frameworks and identify high-value growth opportunities
Drive implementation with cross-functional partners (content, web, product, engineering)
Optimize content and technical web foundations for search and AI visibility
Build and scale organic growth programs with measurable commercial outcomes
8+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or related digital marketing disciplines
