Head of Growth

Clera is seeking a Head of Growth to lead our AI communications SaaS business. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy across marketing and product, build and manage a high-performing team, and drive international expansion. This is a critical role reporting directly to the CEO, with significant budget and P&L responsibility.

• Own and optimize the entire growth funnel, from performance marketing to lifecycle management
• Set product growth strategy, including pricing, positioning, and onboarding
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing and growth team
• Utilize analytics and experimentation to drive initiatives with P&L accountability
• Lead international market expansion and drive measurable growth
• 8+ years in growth leadership with a track record of scaling SaaS companies
