Head of Marketing

Lead the marketing operations for a high-growth personal injury law firm, building and enforcing the systems that drive predictable, measurable revenue growth. This executive role reports to the CMO and is responsible for the operational backbone of the marketing department, including workflow optimization, talent development, and performance standards.

• Architect and enforce the marketing operating system
• Standardize workflow, documentation, and accountability
• Install performance scorecards and revenue-aligned dashboards
• Drive on-time campaign launches and identify bottlenecks
• Oversee channel leads, evaluate capability gaps, and recruit talent
• Build the operational backbone for a multi-channel marketing organization
