Marketing Content Leader

Lead the strategy and creation of demand-generating content for Cisco's enterprise networking campaigns. This role offers a unique opportunity to reimagine content creation in the AI era, experiment with new formats, and build trust with buyers. You will architect full-funnel content strategies, mentor a team of writers and editors, and pioneer AI-driven content workflows.

• Build and lead a team of 4-6 writers and editors, plus agency partners
• Architect demand generation content strategies using customer insights and AI trends
• Pioneer AI transformation in content creation and establish best practices
• Set the creative bar for content quality across all asset types
• Write and edit anchor assets, including long-form reports and web pages
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and drive pipeline
