Senior Marketing Manager, Activation - Florida

Curaleaf is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Activation in Florida. This remote role will drive localized marketing initiatives, partner with national brand teams and sales, and ensure the flawless execution of marketing programs to boost sell-through and business performance. You will coordinate field marketing activities, manage priorities, and remove roadblocks to ensure efficient project completion.

• Lead and coach Florida Brand Activation Managers
• Serve as the primary marketing partner for Florida Retail Operations leadership
• Execute national and regional marketing plans tailored to Florida
• Manage activation calendars, track execution, and distribute promotional materials
• Plan and manage local events, pop-ups, demos, and partnerships
• Coordinate regional product launches and promotional strategies
