Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Bankrate is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of assigned lifecycle channels. This role involves driving performance through automation, experimentation, and data-backed creative strategy, with a focus on designing multi-step journeys and presenting results to senior leadership. You will be responsible for channel strategy, build, QA, deployment, analysis, and integrating AI into workflows.

• Own full campaign lifecycle from strategy to post-send analysis
• Design and manage multi-step, trigger-based lifecycle journeys in Iterable
• Lead creative strategy using performance data and develop testable hypotheses
• Design and maintain attribution frameworks and custom dashboards
• Execute multi-variable experiments with proper holdout groups
• Diagnose performance issues and implement data-driven fixes
