Assistant Men's Crew Coach

Wesleyan University seeks an Assistant Men's Crew Coach to support the Head Coach in training, competition planning, and athlete evaluation. • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing practices and competitions
• Provide video analysis for athletes
• Evaluate athlete performance and progress
• Oversee team recruiting efforts and identify prospective student-athletes
• Provide academic support and monitor student-athlete progress
• Coordinate team travel and community service efforts
