Assembler- Soldering

Ontic is seeking a senior Assembler-Soldering III to perform precision mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and soldering for complex aerospace products. This role involves inspecting, testing, and repairing components, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform precision mechanical assembly and hand soldering of complex aerospace assemblies
• Assemble, install, align, inspect, and verify mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Conduct in-process inspections, functional verification, and basic testing
• Maintain production, quality, inspection, and test documentation
• Support continuous improvement of assembly methods and efficiency
• Provide technical leadership and mentor assemblers
