Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will own our social media presence, build and engage our online communities, and drive user acquisition through both organic and paid channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the growth of an AI-native mobile communication app.

• Own social media strategy, content, and growth across multiple platforms
• Build and engage online communities on Reddit, Discord, and forums
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and X
• Develop and execute digital campaigns for product launches and user acquisition
• Track and optimize key marketing metrics including engagement, acquisition costs, and ROI
• 5+ years of experience in digital, social media, performance, or growth marketing
