Associate Director, Speaker Programs

• Lead enterprise-wide speaker program strategy and governance
• Manage end-to-end speaker lifecycle and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Develop and optimize operational processes for scalability
• Partner with field teams and internal stakeholders
• Define and track KPIs for program performance
