Supervisor, Campaign Operations

Manage AI-driven media delivery workflows and automation tools for a dedicated client team, ensuring operational precision and campaign execution. You will act as an independent project manager, identifying and solving operational flaws to optimize team performance and exceed client expectations.

• Lead day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools
• Masterfully manage day-to-day campaign operations and workflow coordination
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions
• Serve as the center of influence for the PA team
• Monitor and track out-of-scope or ad-hoc tasks
• Identify automation opportunities to improve ways of working
