Verkada is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to lead a team responsible for architecting automations, integrations, and scaling marketing processes. This role will focus on demand generation campaign operations, marketing tool strategy, and optimizing lead ingestion to maximize efficiency. You will build advanced automations and work cross-functionally to improve campaigns and prioritize projects.

• Hire and manage a high-performance marketing operations team
• Lead demand generation campaign operations and new implementations
• Oversee strategy and acquisition of marketing tools, workflows, and automations
• Optimize lead ingestion processes for maximum efficiency
• Build advanced automations using platforms like Workato/AWS/Retool
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executives, operations, engineering, and sales
