Sales Manager, Content EC

As the Sales Manager for Content EC, you will drive sales and market growth for Philips' personal care appliances on the Douyin platform. You will lead content marketing strategies, from planning and production to performance analysis, playing a key role in Philips' digital transformation and leadership in health technology.

• Lead Douyin content marketing strategy and execution for personal care appliances
• Develop and manage content matrix, live stream content, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising
• Monitor and optimize content performance, focusing on conversion and ROI
• Collaborate with live stream operations and advertising teams
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or advertising on Douyin for consumer brands
• Deep understanding of Douyin's content, paid traffic, and live stream conversion ecosystem
