Head of Organic Growth

Bankrate is seeking a Head of Organic Growth to lead AI search, SEO, and content strategy as an AI-native operation. This role focuses on driving qualified demand and revenue for the rate marketplace, reporting to the CMO and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing team, integrating AI and agentic workflows for efficient operations.

• Own the organic system for demand generation and revenue contribution
• Define and drive strategy for AI-generated answers and LLM citations
• Maintain traditional search strength while unifying with AI search
• Accountable for revenue and contribution from organic channels
• Build and develop a high-performing team across AEO/GEO, SEO, and content
• Run the function on AI and agentic workflows for scalable operations
