About this role
Lead ID.me's brand research and measurement function to translate brand performance into actionable data. This role will own brand health tracking, marketing measurement frameworks, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive strategic brand investments and positioning.
What we are looking for
6- Own and evolve brand health measurement program (awareness, consideration, favorability, trust, NPS)
- Build brand equity model connecting perception to business outcomes
- Partner to create unified view of brand and performance marketing interaction
- Lead methodology for measuring brand campaign effectiveness
- Commission and lead qualitative and quantitative research for consumer insights
- Establish ongoing competitive intelligence program
