Email Marketing Specialist (Part-Time Contract)

Collective Health is seeking a part-time Email Marketing Specialist Contractor to build and execute email campaigns for member communications. This role involves working with the Member Engagement & Marketing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information across client programs. The specialist will also coordinate with internal stakeholders and perform quality assurance on all campaigns.

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Customer.io
• Execute member communications across client programs
• Support cross-channel communications efforts
• Maintain campaign documentation and audience segmentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals
• Perform thorough QA on campaigns prior to launch
