Marketing Executive Coordinator

This role provides high-level executive assistance to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior marketing leadership, while also managing key marketing projects. You will ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently, enable cross-functional collaboration, and support the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. The position combines executive support with project management oversight in a dynamic marketing environment.

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel for CMO and VPs
• Coordinate executive communications, requests, and action items
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings
• Manage and coordinate marketing projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting
• Facilitate collaboration across marketing functions
