VP, Growth - 360i

Lead the growth engine for 360i, an AI-native, social-first agency, by designing and operationalizing a growth architecture that drives business across multiple channels. This role involves building new business pipelines, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration within the Dentsu network to capture and convert opportunities efficiently.

• Build and orchestrate the growth engine for 360i
• Design and operationalize growth architecture across direct-to-client, Dentsu Creative pitches, and social/creator/commerce opportunities
• Establish pipeline and opportunity pitch operating system
• Develop productized offerings and modern commercial pathways for AI-native, social-first services
• Lead pitch system with clear narratives and consistent approach
• Connect market insights to offering evolution across social, creator, and AI marketing
