Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Why you’ll love this role? Digital marketing is where culture, technology and consumer behaviour come together. As a Digital Marketing Professional, you will help Samsung turn emerging digital trends, platform opportunities and global campaign ideas into engaging experiences that connect with local audiences. Working within the Innovative Marketing Lab, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams, regional and global stakeholders, agencies, creators and external partners. Your work will strengthen Samsung’s presence across social media and digital channels, build meaningful consumer engagement and help the business make smarter use of new content formats, social activations and live commerce opportunities. This is an opportunity to combine creativity with commercial thinking, contribute to highly visible campaigns and influence how one of the world’s leading technology brands engages with consumers. What You’ll be working on: • Translate global campaign strategies, digital toolkits and platform guidelines into relevant and engaging local market activations. • Deliver social media, Social Buzz and digital engagement initiatives that increase brand visibility, consumer participation and campaign impact. • Coordinate live commerce activities from initial planning and partner briefing through execution, performance evaluation and identification of key learnings. • Identify emerging digital, content, video and social media trends and turn them into practical opportunities for Samsung’s campaigns and always-on communication. • Connect internal teams, agencies, media partners, creators, production teams and other stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives are delivered smoothly and on time. • Improve campaign effectiveness by reviewing performance data, comparing results with relevant benchmarks and recommending clear actions. • Ensure content, assets, messages and platform formats are locally relevant, consistent with Samsung’s brand standards and suitable for each digital touchpoint. Skills and Qualifications What You’ll bring to the team: • At least three years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or a related area to deliver effective consumer-facing campaigns. • Understanding of how social media platforms, digital advertising, content production and platform-specific formats can be used to achieve marketing and sales objectives. • Ability to communicate in fluent English in order to build trust with stakeholders and communicate complex topics in a clear. • Experience in turning business, product and technology information into compelling stories and messages tailored to different audiences and channels. • You can manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time while maintaining attention to detail, quality and deadlines. • You can combine creative thinking with analytical judgement to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve campaign performance. • You are goal oriented and you are taking ownership of your work, act proactively and contribute positively in a collaborative and fast-changing environment. A university degree is expected. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be considered an advantage. How you will make an impact? You will: • Deliver high-quality digital and social media activations with increasing independence and accountability. • Build trusted working relationships with key internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners. • Establish a clear understanding of Samsung’s digital ecosystem, campaign processes, approval requirements and brand standards. • Identify relevant digital trends and recommend practical ways to apply them to local marketing activities. • Improve the quality and consistency of campaign planning, coordination, reporting and performance follow-up. • Produce clear insights and recommendations that help teams make informed decisions and improve future activations. • Demonstrate ownership, reliability, curiosity and a willingness to improve existing processes and ways of working. Success will be measured through the quality and timeliness of campaign delivery, stakeholder feedback, consumer engagement, achievement of agreed campaign objectives and the usefulness of the insights and recommendations you provide.
