MarTech Manager

As a MarTech subject matter specialist, you will guide Europe Marketing Services teams on marketing automation, data-driven engagement, and AI-enabled marketing. You will translate client needs into practical solutions, assess readiness, and enable local teams to position and implement these capabilities. This role involves partnering across various departments to ensure solutions are commercially attractive, technically feasible, and compliant.

• Subject matter expert for MarTech-enabled Marketing Services capabilities
• Translate MarTech requirements into business and solution requirements
• Support and participate in client conversations on marketing automation and AI
• Shape client-specific MarTech use cases across the customer lifecycle
• Assess client and local market readiness for MarTech delivery
• Develop tools, guidance, and sales enablement materials
