Administrator, Partner Marketing - Richmond

DaVita is seeking a mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator to build awareness of health plans supporting their value-based care program through local patient engagement. This role involves direct interaction with kidney care patients and caregivers in dialysis clinics to educate them on health insurance options and build trust. You will collaborate with care teams and local leadership to explain program benefits and support informed health coverage decisions.

• Represent value-based care program's affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics
• Build relationships with in-clinic staff and assigned brokers
• Develop understanding of plan benefits, eligibility, and care management role
• Communicate plan and program information compliantly with CMS guidelines
• Track engagement and field activity metrics
• Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week
