Growth Manager, International (LATAM & EMEA)

Oscilar is seeking a founding Growth Manager to establish their presence in LATAM and EMEA. This remote role involves building the end-to-end growth engine, including outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, regional events, and partnerships, to generate pipeline in new markets. The ideal candidate is an independent, adaptable marketer who can operate without a playbook and drive immediate impact.

• Launch and own the international growth marketing playbook for LATAM & EMEA
• Develop and execute outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, and regional events
• Localize messaging and adapt value propositions for regional audiences
• Partner with Sales to build regional pipeline and account penetration
• Manage regional marketing budgets and report on pipeline contribution
• 5-7+ years of B2B growth or demand generation marketing experience
