Growth Marketing Manager DACH (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and subscriptions in the German-speaking market. This hands-on role involves managing paid campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and localizing content. You will be instrumental in growing our presence in Germany, working closely with our performance marketing team.

• Own DACH growth across paid channels (Google, Microsoft, Apple Search Ads)
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page improvements
• Manage and update the German website (WordPress) and content
• Develop German marketing assets including videos and email campaigns
• Native German speaker with fluent English and strong copywriting skills
• Proven experience in performance marketing and conversion optimization
