Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a hands-on executor of content, social media, events, and email marketing programs that build the 5W brand. You will personally build, write, schedule, send, and track marketing initiatives, not just coordinate them, to maximize visibility and generate leads. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the agency's growth in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and execute social media calendar, including writing posts and monitoring engagement
• Draft social content for executive thought leadership and maintain case studies
• Maintain agency awards calendar, research opportunities, and submit entries
• Handle logistics for industry events and 5W-sponsored events
• Write, build, test, and send email communications and manage email lists
• Pull performance data and prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs
